PB&J Sticky Wings
This recipe will make about 2 dozen. So if your boys love to eat, you might want to double it.
1 10 oz jar of grape jelly
½ cup of peanut butter
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
12 chicken wings prepared with tips cut and separated at the joint
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the wings. Add the chicken wings when it is mixed well and refrigerate at least 1 hour or as long as 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and then place a greased rack on top of the baking sheet. Place the wings on the rack. Turn while cooking a couple of time and baste with the pan juices to keep the wing moist. Cook until the wing is browned. This will take about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
This is a great recipe and you will be surprised at the taste of it. Your whole family will love it.
